Trade-in your bag for a promotion code good on gogavingear.com for $'s off a brand new Aero. The current trade-in values are listed below. If you have a US street address, we'll even send you a box, packing material and a prepaid UPS return shipping label so you can send us your old Megalopolis hassle free! Just pack it up and drop it off at your local UPS Store, give it to a UPS driver in your area or call for a pickup. We’ll e-mail you your trade-in promotion code* so you can go ahead and pick out the Aero of your choice. Then, once we receive your trade-in, we’ll ship it to you free of charge to your U.S. street address.
*Promotion codes will work in conjunction with other storewide sales but cannot be used along with another promotion code.

FAQ's
I'm not sure what model bag I have, how can I tell?
First, make sure it's a genuine Boblbee backpack. On the inside of the hardshell at the top it should say 'www.boblbee.com' and in the lumbar curve on the outside of the shell it should include the words 'Made in Sweden'.
A Megalopolis has hardware that looks like this  and the bag should measure about 22x12x6 in. It's an Executive if it has a separate laptop compartment inside. A Sport model has just two velcro straps to secure a laptop.
My hardshell has a lot of scratches and scuffs. Is that OK?
Yes! As long as your Megalopolis is functional you can trade it in. Cosmetic damage is no problem. If you are unsure about your pack just send a picture and the details to us at service@gogavingear.com and we'll let you know for certain if its acceptable.
I have a Peoples Delite. Can I trade it in?
Sorry, not at this time. We may decide to accept PD trade-in's in the future so be sure to check back. Or, email us at service@gogavingear.com and tell us you'd like updates on the Buy Back Program.
My backpack is already packed up and ready to go. I don't need you to send me a box - where do I ship it to?
Just select the option "I don't want to wait for a box. I'll ship it myself" when you add the Bag Buy Back to your shopping cart. We will then email you with the address to ship your trade in to. We suggest you use an insured and trackable method of delivery as gogavingear cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
How long will it take to receive my box, packing materials, and free mailing label?
Boxes should ship by the next business day from our IL warehouse via UPS Ground and will take 1-5 business days to reach you. You can check the transit times here.
