SHIPPING:

United Parcel Service (UPS) within the United States:

Usually gogavingear will ship your paid order out the same or next business day if you choose a UPS service option. It is unlikely, but possible that it may take up to 3 days. Of course, if there is any unusual circumstance we will contact you via e-mail.

The following map represents the estimated maximum number of business days it will take your order to reach you once it is shipped via UPS Ground.

Your order may also be shipped from our Illinois warehouse if it will result in a shorter transit time.  Delivery is estimated according to the map below.

United States Postal Service (USPS) :

If you select a United States Postal Service (USPS) option for delivery your order may require special handling. In some cases orders shipping via the USPS have a 4-5 day handling period before they are shipped to you from our Illinois headquarters.

If you need to ship to a PO Box you must select a USPS service option.

If you wish to ship to an APO/FPO address please select a United States Postal Service shipping option.


RETURNS:

At Gogavingear, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

When returning or exchanging any item please remember:

All Boblbee products have a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If upon inspection, we find the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or care, accident or negligence, is not covered under the warranty.

Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unworn/unused (except to try on for fitting purposes) and in resalable condition - we cannot give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

For orders that are defective or damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise. 

If you find that you need to return or exchange a product you must do so within 30 days of the shipping date. Please e-mail us at returns@gogavingear.com for specific instructions.

If a return, upon receipt we will promptly refund your credit card for the full purchase price of the bag (excluding any shipping charges paid). If the return is due to a manufacturing or gogavingear.com error, the initial shipping charge will be refunded.
